Job Description
Profile of the Job Holder
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering
Around 3 -5 years of shop floor experience
Experience of working on 66KV substation, control panel, switch gears and distribution networking
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance and trouble shooting CNC machines (Siemens 840 D)
Ensure reduction in MTTR and increase in MTBF
TPM Implementation and support in various improvement projects
Attend UCM on all machines & service area
Exposure to S7 300 PLC and all kind of VFD’s.
Exposure to HT and LT power distribution system.
Exposure to 66 KV / 11KV equipments and controls.
Operation and Maintenance of D G set with HT alternator.
Support to carry out improvement maintenance planned corrective maintenance
Maintain orderliness and cleanliness at workplace and working discipline
Identify spare parts, repair & maintain spare part requirements.
Knowledge of Utility equipments.
Develop spare part for import substitutes.
Maintain in order all manuals, drawings, documents related to machines & dept.
Carry out EHS internal audits and co-ordinate and implement EHS related activities
Maintain in order all manuals, drawings, documents related to machines & dept.
Follow up and Carry out vibration monitoring Implement corrective actions.
Key Interfaces
Govt agencies like state electricity board and CEIG.
Manufacturing, Purchase and Engg. Department coordination.
Supplier and subcontractor management.
